House Rules
- Any violation of our house rules will determine your reservation without any refund.
- Non-Israeli guests must send custom border tickets photo and passport photos for identification before arrival. Guests who won't provide passports AND border tickets will pay 17% VAT tax, as the law requires.
- Guests who own Israeli passports, regardless of their other passports, must add 17% tax to the total amount of the reservation as the law requires.
- Smoking fee - 250$ - Smoking is forbidden inside the apartment!
- Any undeclared guests will cause a charge of 50$ per person - all guests must be declared.
- The place will be ready with 2 body towels, 2 face towels, 1-floor towel, and a full set of sheets.
If you wish for more towels, each one will cost 25 shekels charge.
If you wish to change sheets, it is for additional 60 shekels charge.
- Changing your reservation's dates less than 10 days before arrival is not possible.
